This notice explains how EasyHomeGuides, a brand operated by Lead Cactus LLC, delivers notices, disclosures, and other communications to you electronically, and what you agree to when you submit a form on this Website. It is provided in accordance with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) and Florida's Uniform Electronic Transaction Act.

Clicking a button such as "See My Results" after entering your information is your electronic signature. It has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and confirms that you agree to the consent language displayed next to the button at the time you click it.
Hardware and software requirements
To receive and retain electronic communications you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, a valid email address, and the ability to view and save or print web pages and PDF files. By providing your consent you confirm that you have access to these.
Keeping your contact information current
You are responsible for giving us an accurate email address and phone number and for telling us if they change. You can update them, or ask us what we hold, by emailing team@drivemp.com.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically at any time by emailing team@drivemp.com. Withdrawal takes effect after we have had a reasonable time to process it. Because our service is delivered entirely online, withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to process your inquiry. Withdrawing this consent does not by itself stop marketing calls or texts from partners that have already received your information; see Marketing Partners and Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information for how to stop those.
Paper copies
You may request a paper copy of any electronic communication we have sent you by emailing team@drivemp.com. We do not charge for this.
