Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: August 17, 2026
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. Residents of other states with comparable laws may exercise similar rights using the same methods.
We sell and share personal information. Transferring your information to lenders and marketing partners in exchange for compensation is a “sale” and a “sharing” under California law. You have the right to direct us to stop.
Categories of personal information we collect
- Identifiers — name, postal address, email address, telephone number, IP address;
- Personal records — date of birth, property address, employment status;
- Commercial and financial information — estimated home value, mortgage balances, requested cash amount, annual household income, self-assessed credit rating, late payment history, and any bankruptcy or foreclosure history;
- Protected classifications — age, and military or veteran status, where you provide them;
- Internet activity — browsing and interaction data, including the consent-certification record described in our Privacy Policy;
- Inferences drawn from the above regarding your likely eligibility for credit products.
How we use it
To operate the Website, to transfer your request to marketing partners so they may contact you, to evidence your consent, to measure and improve advertising, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with law.
Categories we sell or share, and to whom
We sell or share all of the categories listed above, other than internet activity used solely for our own analytics, with mortgage and home equity lenders, lead marketplaces, and comparable marketing partners. See Marketing Partners.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Your rights
- Know what personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed about you;
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information;
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
How to exercise your rights
Email team@drivemp.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request”, stating which right you wish to exercise and providing enough detail for us to locate your record — ordinarily the name, email address, telephone number, and ZIP code you submitted. We will verify your request before acting on it and will respond within the time the law allows. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorisation.
Important: opting out stops us from further selling or sharing your information. It does not withdraw information already transferred to a partner. To stop a partner’s outreach or delete their copy, contact that partner directly.
